F.A.Q.
| Q: How could I view HTML mail ? |
Top |
| A: When receiving a HTML mail the program
removes all HTML formatting and tags leaving meaningful contents
only. In case that you wish to view the original HTML body there is an
attachment called htmlbody.htm created within the message.
Tapping it launches Pocket Internet Explorer that shows that mail's
original contents.

| Q: How do I receive attachments ? |
Top |
|
A: It’s a bit tricky to receive an
attachments due to Hotmail protocol limitations (there is no way to determine
if attachment even exists until full message is received), so try this:
-
1. Set "Get Headers only" and turn off "Include xx kb"
-
2. After headers were received mark some of them for download and re-sync
-
3. Now attachments should be received. If the are not, but you see a gray down
arrow near attachment name in message tap on it (arrow turns green) and re-sync
